Sean Everhart is currently a Director with KPMG, creating a new Management Consulting practice
focused on Business Transformation through cloud technologies. Prior to his role with
KPMG, Sean was the Chief Information Officer for David C Cook, a global non-profit
focused on equipping the local church on a global scale. At David C Cook, Sean led
Information Technology globally across all subsidiaries including Integrity Music.
While at David C Cook, he also founded Disciplr, a startup that aims to become the
leading platform for teachers in the local church around the world to discover, train,
and teach in a digitally intuitive way. After working for a technology consulting
firm directly out of college, Sean began a sixteen year stint with Microsoft where
he worked directly with customers on technology strategies and solutions. Sean has
spent most of his career in a professional or volunteer capacity working with churches
and non-profits, utilizing technology to transform organizations into the digital
future. Sean graduated from Wake Forest with a degree in Computer Science, and he
also holds an MBA from the University of Colorado. Sean brings to ORU a unique perspective
on and knowledge of the digital future. He and his family reside on a small cattle
ranch outside Colorado Springs.
